The Thach Creations™ is a Creative Design Unit under the management of Neovista Group Of Companies, with Shri Ramesh Warrier as the Art Coordinator, Chief Designer & PMC. Ramesh Warrier is the Son of Eminent personality Sri.C S V Warrier / Smt.Parvathy Ambika Warrier and Grand son of World War II vetran & Freedom Fighter Captain A C S Warrier & Sri. Maadasheri Shankara Warrier - A prominent Agriculturist / Horticulturist in his time.

Sri.Ramesh Warrier is a Designer by profession. Having passed out as a gold medalist in Design from the Famed Rachna Sansad's,SID, SFD, AOA & SLD Mumbai (Bombay) he is now specializing in “Space Creation & Space Management” and bringing in a silent "Green" Revolution in his own way.

Our Vision

To create lasting lush green surroundings with emphasis to Native Plants & Trees (some of which have nearly disappeared), minimal change to the existing topography and gradient, creative usage of existing water bodies, with complimenting superstructure and interiors which will in turn provide a healing touch to the occupants and do its bit in preserving the Ozone Layer and also giving a helping hand to control global warming.

3. Sr.Ar.Sasidharan Nair (Registered Architect with COA) – with his vast experience - More than 40 Years -  in handing out Level, Structural & Layout solutions - Holds the Structural Design and Basic Design Portfolio.

4. Smt.P Ambika Devi – Holds the Administrative Portfolio.

5. Sri.Suresh Cherusseri –  Mechanical Engineering Graduate with ICWAI and Oracle Financials – Holds the Office Management & Consultancy Portfolio.

6. Smt.Manjula Warrier – (Economics) - Holds Project Management & Public Relations Portfolio.

7. Sri.Mohan Kumar (Chartered Accountant) Holds the Audit & Accounts Consultant Portfolio.
